Product Design Lead

Visitt is hiring and looking for you! A passionate product designer (3+ years of experience) that wants to create a best-in-the-world product experience. We are looking for a hands-on UX/UI pro who can lead our product design efforts from start to finish: from topnotch user research to flawless accessible design.

You’ll take an active part in a leading product in a fast growing product in the US market. Your tool box should be filled with user behavior analyzing tools, design tools and a can-do attitude.

What you will be doing?

  • Serve as the voice of our users to create the best UX/UI product solutions for our users and customers
  • Constantly research Visitt’s user behaviors through advanced analytics tools
  • Have an ongoing dialogue with customers to receive feedback
  • Work on several projects at a time, under (moderate) pressure, so you’ll need to be able to multitask 
  • Work with the product manager on the best UX and UI for the adoption of new features
  • Work closely with our product team and developers on new features and product design
  • Collaborate with Visitt’s Marketing team to help them create impactful, beautifully designed sales & corporate marketing collateral
  • Be the owner of Visitt’s visual messaging:  translate Visitt’s brand into design guidelines that will be used across all teams in Visitt.
  • Be responsible for evolving Visitt’s design system.

Qualities you likely have to be well suited to this role:

  • At least 3 years of working experience as a product designer for web or mobile applications.
  • Experience in solving complex product problems, both UI and UX
  • Experience in conducting research, and turning the output into actionable design decisions
  • Experience with working with data and tools for analyzing user behavior, such as Mixpanel and FullStory
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Kit.
  • You’re a great team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm with all kinds of people with different skills.
  • Experience in working in fast paced environments, with fast and agile product processes.
  • Experience in creating strong marketing collaterals such as: banner ads, presentations, one pagers, brochures and more.
