We’re looking for a self-starting, quota-crushing Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a full-cycle role - you’ll own everything from sourcing to closing mid-market deals.

We’re especially excited about candidates with experience in commercial real estate or B2B PropTech, who understand the pain points of property operations teams and can position our AI-powered platform as a true game-changer.

Responsibilities

  • Build new relationships for the company through your own outbound efforts and networking
  • Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, events
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close — for mid-market accounts across North America
  • Wow prospects with engaging demos of our platform, acting as both a strategic advisor and product expert
  • Be the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to help shape product and strategy
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting and reporting 

Requirements

  • 4+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales, from prospecting to close
  • Experience in PropTech or selling to CRE owners/operators or building teams
  • A strong network in the commercial real estate space
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and forecast pipeline
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS sales
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Quick to learn new tech and able to communicate value to diverse stakeholders
  • CRM and outbound tech experience
  • Organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving, startup environments
