Content Marketing Manager (NYC-based)

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Content Marketing Manager to build and scale our content engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you’ll engage with the full content lifecycle: from strategy and planning to execution and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, dynamic environment, takes ownership, uses AI as a core part of their workflow, and is an exceptional communicator with a strong understanding of B2B Enterprise audiences.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan aligned with business goals (brand awareness, demand generation, sales enablement, customer marketing and thought leadership).
- Build and manage the editorial calendar across channels from concept to final asset: social media, blog, website, email, and long-form assets.
- Create, write, and edit high-quality content, including blog articles, social posts, sales assets, RFP submissions, landing pages, customer success stories and video scripts.
- Use AI tools across research, outlining, drafting, optimization, and repurposing to increase speed and impact.
- Work closely with designers to translate ideas into clear, compelling visual content across campaigns, social, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with an external SEO vendor to define priorities, create and optimize content, and continuously improve organic performance.
- Partner with Product Marketing: to co-produce collateral for product launches and customer success stories.
- Support sales teams with value-driven content tailored for enterprise and midmarket audiences, including sales decks, RFP submissions, conference presentations and more
- Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions, SEO, email, social), generate insights, and continuously improve results.
- Keep up with AI, CRE operations, and content marketing trends to ensure content remains relevant and differentiated.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or commercial real estate for multiple personas
- Very strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and extract strategic value from each asset
- Proven experience owning content strategy and execution end-to-end
- Good SEO knowledge and experience managing external vendors
- Experience using AI tools as part of a content workflow
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and iterate
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with high ownership
