Visitt is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the real estate space.
We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Business Development & Growth professional to own our top-of-funnel strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls & events
- Define and test ICPs, personas, and messaging
- Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Amplemarket, HubSpot
- Act on buying signals (funding, RFPs, hiring, tech stack changes)
- Build automations, enrich data, and streamline lead handoffs
- Track KPIs, run A/B tests, and improve campaign performance
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align targeting and messaging
Requirements
- +1 years in BD, Growth, or Sales in B2B SaaS / Proptech
- Strong grasp of real estate decision-makers (PMs, owners, asset managers)
- Proficiency in outbound tools & CRM systems
- Data-driven mindset and love for automation
- Independent, fast-moving, and execution-focused
